As a socialpreneur,  one of Sander's fundamental goals is to make a difference in the community and the world. Sander's passion lies in housing and real estate.

When asked why, he says, “I grew up in a housing project and I remember when my mom bought a duplex. I was 12 years old and still remember the feelings I had when we unloaded the furniture and move in. I want to replicate that many, many times. I think to myself how great it would be to do that for others: provide safe, decent, affordable housing for people to lay down in comfort and security. That keeps me going.”

Indeed, Mr. Sanders shows what the power of one can make a positive difference in the lives of others.
