We are dedicated to making our communities a better place to live, work and play. We enhance the quality of life through promoting economic development opportunities; creating and preserving affordable housing; and encouraging a greater sense of community life, commitment and involvement.
Housing Development
Promise is focused on providing affordable housing, permanent arrangements for the homeless, and supportive services for the low-income housing community.
Workforce Development
Promise provides jobs in our community and contracts with small businesses to provide the services we need in fulfillment of our mission.
Community Development
In providing for those in need, we also want to support and uplift the elements surrounding the home: Environment, community, and family.
Economic Development
Promise Development Corporation provides property management and landscaping services. In addition, we contract with small businesses to provide services that we currently do not provide.
